Duo Semi-Private Experience: Aleah's Duo experience allows her to hold focus on structure of movement and personally motivate and support each participant with a fun and enjoyable, physically demanding workout. In this semi-private experience, each participant is guaranteed to be catered to their fitness needs, requests, and/or limitations.
