The cold plunge.

A cold plunge with ocean views — and Tulum-style full-body hot showers right beside it, so you can move between hot and cold. Bracing, invigorating, and one of the best things you can do for recovery.

Why we love it

What a cold plunge does.

A few minutes in cold water sets off a cascade in your body — blood vessels tighten, circulation redirects, and a rush of feel-good chemicals kicks in. It's one of the simplest, most effective recovery tools we have, and it feels incredible when you step out.

Faster recovery

Cold water immersion is a favorite of athletes for a reason — it can ease post-workout muscle soreness and help you bounce back quicker between hard training days.

Mood & alertness

The cold triggers a surge of adrenaline and other feel-good chemicals. Many people step out feeling wide awake, clear-headed, and genuinely lifted — a natural energy boost with no crash.

Calms inflammation

Cold constricts blood vessels and can help reduce the swelling and inflammation that build up after intense exercise — leaving muscles feeling less beat-up.

Mental resilience

Choosing to stay calm in the cold is a small daily practice in composure. Regular plungers often say it builds a kind of grit that carries over into the rest of their day.

Better circulation

Each plunge sends your body scrambling to keep your core warm, moving blood where it's needed. Over time that vascular workout can support healthy circulation.

Deep, calm sleep

Once the initial jolt passes, the body settles into a deep sense of calm. Plenty of members find an afternoon plunge helps them wind down and sleep better that night.

Hot meets cold

Contrast therapy.

Right next to the plunge are our Tulum-style full-body hot showers — so you can go back and forth between hot and cold. That's contrast therapy, and it's one of the most invigorating ways to recover.

A pump for your blood

Heat opens your blood vessels wide; cold snaps them shut. Alternating between the two acts like a pump — flushing blood through your muscles and supporting circulation.

Eases sore muscles

Athletes have used hot-cold contrast for generations to shake off fatigue and stiffness. It's a go-to for feeling loose and refreshed after a tough session.

Wakes you up

The back-and-forth of hot and cold is a full-body reset. You come out feeling alert, clear, and ready — one of the most energizing ways to finish a workout.

Make the most of it

How to use it.

A few simple habits to get the most out of the plunge and the showers.

A quick note: this is general wellness information, not medical advice. Cold plunging and contrast therapy aren't right for everyone. If you're pregnant, have heart trouble, high blood pressure, or another medical condition, check with your doctor before you take the plunge.
