Booty Lab

The Ultimate Backside Workout

Arrive early to secure your space. Classes are FREE and space is limited!

Booty Lab class is a blend of upbeat music, yoga, cardio, resistance bands, and free weights designed to build strong glutes.

Spin & Sculpt

30 minutes of Spin led by Brooke upbeat and reassuring energy. Kick up the gears and sweat with a smile while watching the waves kiss the shore from our one-of-a-kind Ocean Oasis Deck. The remaining 30 minutes of class includes full body sculpting with weights for a complete strength & cardio blend.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training

 

Coach LoLo directs high intensity movements to safely increase heart rate followed by short periods of intentional recovery.

 

This class is for ALL fitness levels with modifications available.

Vinyasa Yoga is a smooth transition between poses with a focus on movement paired with breath. It is meant to strengthen the mind as well as the body by bringing you fully into the moment. This class takes place on our stunning Ocean Oasis Deck.

Spin & Sculpt
30 minutes of Spin, 30 minutes full body sculpting with weights for a complete strength & cardio blend.

Peak Performance
Peak Performance class utilizes empirically-based breathwork, meditation and cold immersion techniques to strengthen the mental, physical, emotional, social, and neurological function of the individual. This includes an improved immune system, increased strength and endurance, enhanced emotional regulation and cognitive function, and much more.

Twerk
This is a safe space to move your hips! Get ready to sweat, let loose, but most importantly have fun!

HIIT
This  class is a dynamic and efficient workout  designed to maximize cardiovascular fitness and overall body strength in a short period of time. Through alternating periods of intense exercises and brief recovery periods, participants can expect to experience improved endurance, increased metabolism, and enhanced muscle tone.

Myofacial Release Yoga
The Myofascial Release class is a specialized fitness session focused on releasing tension and promoting flexibility in the body's myofascial tissues.


Vinyasa Yoga
A fluid and dynamic yoga practice that synchronizes breath with movement, guiding participants through a series of poses to enhance both physical strength and mental focus. With its emphasis on flexibility, mindfulness, and graceful transitions, this class offers a rejuvenating and balanced experience suitable for practitioners of various skill levels.

Sound Healing Yoga
Sound healing yoga is a holistic practice that combines elements of yoga and sound therapy to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. It integrates the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga with the therapeutic qualities of sound vibrations.

Power Yoga
This dynamic and empowering session is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while cultivating a sense of balance between your body and mind.

Pilates Fusion
This class class combines the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with elements from other fitness disciplines to create a comprehensive and dynamic workout.

Jiu- Jitsu
a martial art and combat sport that emphasizes ground fighting and submission techniques. It involves controlling opponents on the ground, using leverage and technique to apply joint locks and chokeholds, forcing them to submit. All level of experience are welcome.

Boxing
These sessions offer a high-energy and engaging workout that combines the art of boxing with an intense cardiovascular and strength-building experience. Led by experienced instructors, our classes cater to all fitness levels, whether you're a seasoned boxer or new to the sport.

FIIt Lift
FIIT Lift is a functional class
that combines strength training and fat bursting exercises with bursts of high-intensity exercises. Lift weights to build strength and tone muscles while keeping your heart rate up. This dynamic workout offers an efficient approach to help you get stronger, fitter, and more energized.
