All downstairs classes are subject to the following cancellation & no-show policy:

- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee
- Failure to attend a booked class (no-show) will incur a $20 fee

Spots in our classes are limited, and late cancellations or no-shows prevent other members from attending while still requiring instructors to be present and prepared. For this reason these fees are automatically applied and cannot be waived or adjusted. 

Please manage your bookings carefully and cancel in advance if you are unable to attend. Thank you for helping us maintain a smooth and fair experience for everyone.
